No one wants to face mortality.  Though it may not be a pleasant thought, it is inevitable that we will all pass on at one time or another.   Many people ignore creating even a Simple Will because they do want to even think about the prospects of dying.  

If you want to have some say in what happend to your assets and personal goods after you die you want to create a Will.  This will allow you to direct who gets what and makes things much easier for your survivors.  A Will is able to speak for you when you are no longer able. 

Most folks think the creation of a Will is too costly and time consuming.  It can be done on the cheap yourself or done for a as little as a couple of hundred dollars with the help of an Attorney.
